Seaford Consulting is a purpose-built employee and client centric small business. With no corporate responsibilities, employees enjoy a positive work-life balance and the ability to focus on delivering for our clients. We do not ask employees to work on corporate projects or proposals, nor do we require employees to complete training or do performance reviews. We do not have position titles or promotions (we do have raises of course), and your only ‘boss’ is the government client that you support. Seaford Consulting provides a stable, low-stress employment environment, which allows employees to focus their time and talents on work without the distractions of corporate micromanagement.

Seaford Consulting is committed to keeping overhead expenses low. We do not have corporate facilities, rent bills, or full-time back-office employees. This allows Seaford Consulting to both competitively bid and win contracts to expand our corporate footprint and employment options while maximizing employee salaries and offering a great benefits package.

CoS is a group of over 60 small business that support each other in their efforts to start, grow and mature their small business. In addition, Seaford Consulting partners with CoS to provide financial and other support to numerous charities including those listed on the ‘Giving Back’ section of this webpage and those on the Community of Smalls website (https://communityofsmalls.com).
